我們提供的植株皆為隨機出貨。如果您希望自己挑選心儀的植株，請私訊客服了解自挑服務的細節。您可以通過右下角的Messenger與我們聯繫，或者加入我們的Line帳號。不僅可以即時獲得客戶服務，還能隨時掌握最新的優惠訊息和市集活動。
2. 一物一拍與隨機出貨說明
部分植株為「一物一拍」商品，我們會在標題處標示清楚。一物一拍的植株所見即所得，您購買的正是照片中的那一株。如果商品無標示「一物一拍」，將採取隨機出貨的方式。
隨機出貨 ≠ 挑選淘汰植株
我們承諾，BJ出貨一定嚴選最適合出貨的植株。任何有傷或不健康的植株絕不會進行出貨，請您放心選購。
3. 裸根寄出與加購選項
所有植株一律裸根寄出，不含盆土。如需盆土，可於賣場內加購合適的盆器與BJ專業調配的通用介質。裸根寄出包裝更加簡便，收到時也無需擔心土壤脫落影響開箱體驗。裸根處理能更好地保護根系，確保植株健康到達。
BJ植株皆使用此款通用介質，您可以在購買植株時加購介質包，以幫助植株更快適應新環境。
4. 尊享服務：定植、客製花牌與包裝
如果您有送禮需求，或希望植株以種好的狀態出貨，我們提供上盆服務。BJ團隊將為您定植、客製花牌，並精心包裝後寄出，讓您輕鬆地將心意傳達給收禮者。
5. 出貨時間與晾根說明
下單後，通常需要1-3天的作業時間來準備您的植物。我們無法接受急單需求，亦無法配合指定出貨時間。植株脫盆後需要時間進行晾根，這樣可以避免根系潮濕入箱，從而預防根系腐敗，確保植物以最佳狀態到達您手中。

The plants we offer are shipped randomly. If you prefer to select your desired plants, please contact customer service for details on the self-selection service. You can reach us via Messenger in the bottom right corner, or add our Line account. Not only can you receive instant customer service, but you can also stay updated on the latest promotions and market events.
2. Single Plant Listings and Random Shipping
Some plants are listed as "single plant" items, which will be clearly indicated in the title. For these items, what you see is what you get; the plant you purchase is the exact one shown in the photo. If an item is not labeled as "single plant," it will be shipped randomly.
Random Shipping ≠ Selecting Inferior Plants
We assure you that BJ carefully selects the best plants for shipping. Any damaged or unhealthy plants will not be shipped, so you can purchase with confidence.
3. Bare Root Shipping and Additional Purchase Options
All plants are shipped bare root, without potting soil. If you require soil, you can purchase suitable pots and BJ's specially formulated universal medium in our store. Bare root shipping is more convenient for packaging, and you won't have to worry about soil falling out during unboxing. Bare root treatment better protects the roots, ensuring the plant arrives healthy.
BJ plants are grown using this universal medium, and you can purchase a medium pack to help your plants adapt more quickly to their new environment.
4. Premium Services: Planting, Custom Flower Tags, and Packaging
If you need a gift or prefer the plant to be shipped already potted, we offer a potting service. The BJ team will plant, customize flower tags, and carefully package the plant for delivery, making it easy for you to convey your sentiments to the recipient.
5. Shipping Time and Root Drying Instructions
After placing an order, it typically takes 1-3 days to prepare your plants. We do not accept rush orders or accommodate specific shipping times. After the plant is unpotted, it needs time to air-dry the roots to prevent moisture from being sealed in the box, which can cause root rot. This ensures that the plant arrives in the best condition.
