送貨方式與出貨說明
我們提供多種送貨方式，以確保您的訂單能夠快捷、安全地送達。請根據您的需求選擇合適的配送方式，並了解相關的運費與配送時間。
1. 配合物流服務
我們與以下物流服務商合作，為您提供便利的配送選擇：
- 宅配服務：
- 中華郵政
- 黑貓宅急便（台灣本島、離島）
- 超商取貨服務：
- 7-11
2. 配送天數與適用地區
根據您的地區和選擇的配送方式，配送時間會有所不同：
- 宅配到府（台灣本島）：
- 配送天數：3-5 天
- 適用地區：台灣本島
- 宅配到府（離島地區）：
- 配送天數：5-10 天
- 適用地區：台灣離島地區
- 超商取貨（台灣本島、離島）：
- 配送天數：3-5 天
- 適用地區：台灣本島、離島超商門市
3. 運費說明
以下是不同配送方式的運費標準：
- 中華郵政：NT$80
- 黑貓宅急便：NT$150(本島）NT$250
- 超商取貨：NT$60
請注意：若您的消費金額未達免運門檻或未享有免運優惠活動，運費將在結帳頁面自動計算並收取。
4. 出貨說明
- 出貨時間：
在您下單後（不含訂購當天），我們通常需要2-3個工作天來處理並寄出您的訂單（不含例假日）。若遇節慶假日訂單量較多或因不可抗力的天災因素，出貨時間可能會有所延遲，敬請見諒。 - 宅配選項：
若您選擇宅配服務，實際配送狀況將依據宅配司機的路線安排進行。 - 超商取貨：
若您選擇超商取貨服務，請留意到貨簡訊，並於到貨後7天內取貨。請勿無故未取，若因未取貨導致運費損失，將由顧客自行承擔。
Shipping Methods and Delivery Information
1. International Shipping
For international orders, we use EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping. When you select your location at checkout, the corresponding shipping cost will be displayed.
Please be aware of your local regulations regarding plant transportation. If a phytosanitary certificate is required for your shipment, there is a fee of NTD$1500 per package. The processing fee option in your order corresponds to the application fee for the phytosanitary certificate.
If your location does not require a phytosanitary certificate, please contact us via email to inform us, and we will assist you accordingly.
2. Shipping Time (International)
For international orders, additional processing time is required due to the need for a phytosanitary certificate and special handling of the plants. The application for a phytosanitary certificate takes 2-3 business days, and the preparation of plants for shipping requires an additional 2-3 business days. As a result, international orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the order is received.
3. Delivery Information
- Shipping Time:
For domestic orders, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process and ship your order after it is placed (excluding holidays). If there is a high volume of orders during holiday periods or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, shipping time may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding. - Home Delivery Options:
If you choose home delivery, actual delivery status will be determined by the delivery driver's route schedule. - Convenience Store Pickup:
If you choose convenience store pickup, please pay attention to the arrival notification and pick up your order within 7 days. Please do not neglect to pick up your order, as any loss of shipping fees due to unclaimed orders will be borne by the customer.
